I believe I also saw info regarding the GNND program that offered special financing on home purchased which are not in the revitalization areas, i.e. 80%/20% mortgages that forgive the 20% silent loan after 5 years or 60 months. i actually have a question on the good neighbor program. if you could please call my cell at 845-863-6251. im off from work all day monday so anytime works. im a nys correction officer and wanted to know is this program available to peace officers as well. please let me know and if it is id like to talk with someone on seeing whats avail in my area etc…i currently live in wallkill ny 12589 and work out of fishkill correctional facility.
