Your blog regarding 10 Reasons You Should Always Get A 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage | The Top 10 Reasons seems interesting but I am still a bit confused regarding that topic because my informations are not quite complete yet, mind you its a vast subject with mny ramifications. I find it always informative to read great blogs with good content about First Time Buyer Mortgage Loans because I still have to learn so much about that subject on the net. I will be turning 62 in 2 days, & have lived in the home for 15 yrs. I rented for 10 1/2 yrs. before this, and my then landlord offered the home to me to buy. I am still paying a mortgage every month, I am hoping that will change, I still owe $30,725.00 on the home, and pay faithfully every month on time. Have not missed a month, nor have I ever been late on one pymt. I have a fixed rate @ 8.50% interest. Do I qualify, and how much will I be able to get on a Tenure? Will I be able to convert parts of my equity into cash?
