I am currently having a financial setback with my mortgage who happens to be Countrywide mortgage. I called them and told them i was having financial woes which started in December due to my wife's illness and stress that led to her leaving her secure job ( office coordinator 9 years for a E.N.t specialist) and tend to our youngest daughter ( 2 years old) youngest of three. I spoke with a representative with Country Wide on 5/12/07 and he currently setting us up on a workout assistance, but they want a payment( partial ) of $ 1008.45 and 8 supporting documents. We only just received this letter today 5/18/07. We are three months behind now and we were wondering what other options we have.
